War in the Americas 2: Spring 1901 - At last!

Postby Pedros » 16 Jun 2011, 21:11

I regret that I have received no orders from Chile (mr bump). In accordance with my House Rules, I will seek a new Chile and the first season will be on hold until one has found; he/she will then have 24 hours to negotiate, plan and submit orders.

I'm back from a long hiatus and looking to get back into a forum game.

I should be able to sub, would you kindly send me a link to the game?

Hey Robert,

I'm glad you're ready to join.

However, several replacements signed up at the start, and I am one of them.

I believe Pedros will pick me, but I'm willing to let you have it if you really want to.

It seems Chile just misplaced his orders, I don't see the need to boot him if he has already sent them in now. I hope he can stay as continuity is best.

I'm with Stalin- as long as he keeps on top of everything, it should be ok. Would it be a good idea for Pedros to message people saying "orders confirmed" when he gets them, or to post during the 24 hour reminder who he still needs orders from?

"mislaid" as in didn't send them (which he admitted afterwards)

I'm sorry, and it's unfortunate for those of you who've been negotiating with him, but the rule is clear and diplomat42 has been confirmed as the new Chile.

Robert Gesualdo, sorry but as diplomat said he was the listed reserve and I wrote to him immediately. Would you like to be listed as the next reserve?

Fair and just is fine by me. Rules are rules for a reason. No complaints from me, just thought I'd make the request to show support.
