Hi guys,
Is there a way for me to see the orders that are pending for my players in the mentor game, just to make sure that they work out? Or do I have to ask them to send them to me for review?

Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.

No there is not. You have to ask them to send them to you. I do suggest mentors be proactive about that for the first couple of turns to try to avoid the worst misunderstandings.
