It being the first year, I don't want NMRs, but if its not in by the tomorrow, I'll put the map up. I may be able to get an emergency general for this turn so the units just don't hold.

I'll become more strict with orders as the game progresses.

It does make sense that we don't want a lot of NMRs, but at the same time, 4 days to send in moves is plenty IMO. AYE!

I shall dissent! Because I would rather a game of challenge and skill than luck and speed.

with the following proviso. prehaps if someone request a suspension for good reason then they should get it but after this season if someone just doesnt submit orders then c'est la vie.

I suggest we refer this to the Security Council and wait until the Libian uprising is crushed before counting votes
