Fall 1902

Postby Pedros » 28 Feb 2011, 11:02

This game is fascinating! Clever manouvre by Italy who found a way of changing an army to a fleet (destroy it yourself!) But having done all the hard work, with England at his mercy, France manages an NMR (and loses a fleet into the bargain!) And the first earthquake establishes a defensive barrier for Germany against Russia.

And the builds! How Russia Germany and Italy, who all forgot to build last year, have come out with significant gains on top.

England's days are numbered unless she can find an ally quickly, and Turkey isn't going anywhere at present.

Anyway, no retreats, but Italy has requested that the next movement phase shouldn't happen until Saturday because of his internet problems after moving house; and in any case I'm away for a couple of days. So builds are due at 0900 GMT (0100 EST) on Wednesday 2 March

England has 2 SCs, not 1, yeah?

Also, should the MAO be considered neutral?

my fleet was in MOA, it should not be destroyed. It should be located at MOA (sc) since Portugal is near the south and that's where the fleet entered MOA.
To a light mech, every part of the city is Skid Row.

Sorry vaderi - also for taking so long to see your post - I've been away for two days.

I actually woke up this morning (before I'd seen it) wondering whether I'd missed labelling some coasts.

An extra 24 hours for revisions to builds because of this - so Thursday 0900 GMT, 0500 EST

Map now corrected - sorry it's a bit sub-standard but I'm trying to catch up with a lot of things quickly! It means that France now has no build.

I've had a message from vaderi explaining his NMR - he's in Maine for two weeks with iffy internet.

He asked for 'leeway' but no details. Doesn't now affect the builds, but it may delay some adjudications afterwards.
