The roster/initial housekeeping email has gone out, and I have requested that Avalanche set up the special subforum for the game.

to answer your question the sub-forum does not currently exist and to use the PM system on this website you enter the forums and look to the top of the page there should be a section called user control panel (x new messages) that is the PM system after that it's pretty much just the same as an email.
