If anyone cares, by my count, SCs should be...

Colombia (shockj) - 27
United States (Dar Krum) - 22
Libya (Steppenwulf) - 20
Europe (AlphaTangoEcho) - 14

Does anyone else matter? K didn't think so.

Can I get the GM to Give an official count, because by my count I have 27 SCs and 25 units, which means I still have 2 more builds coming in my future, so that's obviously an important distinction.
