World Dip 3 - Draw Proposal #4

Postby Steppenwulf » 13 Dec 2009, 22:34

I was biting my nails and hoping for draw proposal #3, but since it was rejected, I have to submit draw proposal #4. This is a much more boring proposal, including only the superpowers of the world. No small but interesting countries included

Draw for:
USA
Colombia
Europe
Libya Accepted

Also requires support from:
Antarctica
Pacific Russia or the new Republic of China
Australia or the new Republic of China or Raphtownia

Ak and Raph get one vote for NRC. They can discuss it between themselves.

Raph also gets a vote for Raphtown.
