One little quibble with DK's comment from last round: I believe I was the one who first touched down on three continents, narrowly beating you to the punch in 1904...for the good it did either of us!

I miscounted Dip's centers and only gave him one build instead of two (he did submit two build orders to me). I'm not sure if this one army unit in Eastern Siberia will make much of a difference, but I will put it on to be fair.

Thanks Drifter! Actually I think I must have miscounted myself at some point over the last couple of years. I only gained 1 last turn but when I counted them I ended up needing to add 2.
