If you post suspected bugs with explanations like 'this didn't work', then it is highly unlikely to be fixed fast. Also, if you don't give the number or name this will delay things too. The BEST thing to do if you want a quick fix is to give as much info as possible, eg:
- What went wrong?
- What were the actions that led up to it?
- Is there anything else odd you noticed?
- Screen shots can be a BIG help if you can include them
Without the info, we may well still be able to work out the issue, but it will take a lot longer
