The United States government will be able to live with 4th place on the SC count list and 3rd on the influence list. They will let the Islamic terrorists and their associates the revolutionaries of france and the future communists in china have their victory... for now... Who knows? Maybe in 150 years we'll wage war on them again. :|

In short, USA accepts

I could carry out my vengance against China to the end where i will perish either way or i could end it now. I will take the latter option where i may be able to live for another day. Japan accepts.

As it appears that we stand on the brink of a global peace accord, the Sultan of Turkey is hereby announcing the release of all political prisoners, a general amnesty for all who previously took up arms against Turkey and her allies, the unconditional recognition of all nations' sovereignty and current borders (even Dutch Madagascar!) and the opening of free trade at all Turkish ports.

In other words, it has been a pleasure playing with all in this game!
