the French fleet retreated int SAU was forgotten...

MEXICO, BRAZIL and ENGLAND take note -- if the map does not get fixed, remember that there is a French fleet in SAU

I'm back, and am about to embark on the monsterous job of orders. Those who haven't will have until I have put in orders for Imperial and Colonial. Reminders will go out once I know they are needed.

There are some major administrative difficulties, so there is extra time while the fuss is sorted out. Messages have been sent to those more directly affected
