Builds 1867 - Tue
Spring 1868 - Thu
Spring 1868 Retreats - Fri
Fall 1868 - Fri after I get back from Switzerland :D

This means that I can be generous with the above, although any deviations beyond the 48 hours total will result in stringent NMRs

Just to clarify --

Spring 1868 Retreats - Fri -- JULY 3
Fall 1868 - Fri -- JULY 10

is that correct?

Actually I dont think you will be visiting switzerland as it is clearly impassable.

On another more serious note, I believe that the french fleet in edinborough had to be destroyed (and not allowed to retreat into norwegian, seeing as that is the space where russia had just occupied before moving into edinborough. It should have been destroyed.

Also, the japanese fleet in sunda never made it to luzon.

You're right.

France will get an extra build, and a few people are yet to submit builds, so I will wait for those

Whilst waiting for the last few orders, I have devised a way of measuring a country's global influence, based on the following in equal parts:
-SCs owned
-Countries bordered
-Units at the borders
-Continents occupied
-Empty Home SCs before the build phase

These are the scores for the end of 1867, out of a maximum 5:
Turkey: 4.75
France: 4.11
Brazil: 3.00
China: 2.92
USA: 2.83
Mexico: 2.82
Japan: 2.22
Russia: 2.09
Prussia: 1.29
Britain: 0.88
Holland: 0.67

(Austria and the CSA have been omitted)
