 looking at all the how many builds USA and Turkey have.

Is it possible to postpone the deadline by around 30 hours to maybe 8 or 9 GMT on Saturday? Its not necessary, and i can still get orders in, but I'm traveling all day on Friday and some of Saturday, so i will only have one day for diplomacy, and have a lot of catching up to do. Ok with everyone? Its ok if its not.

Am I missing something?

England has 6 centers, but still has 9 forces on the board...

...which ones are disbanded?

Very odd. Maybe the UK didn't submit disband orders? If so, classic ruling: non-SC units, then furthest from home SCs. By my eye, Finland, Bay of Bengal, and NTR. Do I have the right of it?
EDIT: I don't. I forgot about the fleet in Africa. In that case, it would be that fleet, Finland, and Bay of Bengal (I think). Definitely need a ruling, though.

Oops! This new map -- corrected for England's disbands -- reverted back to some earlier mistakes

e.g., Dutch disbanded forces have re-appeared, and Russia's army in KAS is again shown as waiting to be retreated to DEL...

oh, and, um, all of Turkey's new builds have disappeared!

Looks like this was the pre-build map, except that Britain's disbands are in play.
