wow, I think I won the game :)

based on the fact that I had 9 SCs at the end of the game and the following turn I would have gained 2 more :o (I checked and nothing anybody could have done would have prevented me from gaining Macedonia and Sparta :) so and end game total of 9 (plausibly 11)
To a light mech, every part of the city is Skid Row.

Egypt would've been you biggest threat. Without a third nation of power though, I do have to agree. Had Carthage been more aggressive though, things might have been different.

yeah, I don't know how the first Punic war would have turned out :)

I think that the many lives of Persia is one of the most important and interesting things that happened this game.
