It is the building session in a game i am in and i took 4 supply centers. it says you must biuld only on national centers, but i only have 3.
What do i do???

You are only able to build as many units as you have empty home centers (no units of any kind there). So if you had 2 open, you would be able to use 2/4 builds in that year, and the other 2/4 would be waiting for you when the next years build comes.

As long as you maintain control of the centers then yes. If you end any year with more supply centers than units, it will let you build the difference regardless of how long ago you got the extras
