Can armies move from Denmark to Kiel without a convoy

Yes, Denmark to Kiel is a land connection and armies can move back and forth. Incidentally, an army can move from Denmark to Sweden as well without needing a convoy.

The Kiel Canal isn't a feature on the map which is why Kiel doesn't have two coasts, just as the Bosporus is why Constantinople doesn't have two coasts.

There may be a specific rule in the official rule book dealing with these situations and someone may point out the specific point.
