In praise of first Classicist game

Postby V » 30 Nov 2014, 02:10

I really should wait until the game is complete before commenting in a forum, but I wanted to say what a refreshing experience my first Classicist game has been. No surrenders obviously, a much higher quality of play and communication. Amusing, all those things one of the Classicist members said would be the case.

I happened to be participating in 2 other non-Classicist games at the same time and the contrast was scary!

Apart from "civic duty" of inheriting surrendered positions, it will be 100% Classicist, or at least Ambassador, games for me from now on.

Thanks all for the recommendation and the game.

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished.
