so the people in the black sea are people?
No, I probably haven't researched anything that I have posted. Yes, most of my posts are just opinions. Yes, I do try to keep my posts coherent, and I do try to NOT be considered a troll.

Great effort! im sure this can develop into a great map.

although it may look differently, in my opinion, 4 players map are the hardest, since they need to be 100% balanced.

Here are my suggestions:
1) It is almost impossible to defeat Italy, he can easily gain control over the Adriatic, since the pink has only 2 bordering supply centers and threats from Ukraine while Italy has 3 and no one at its back.
Italy can get easy supply centers as and Sparta as well.
I would maybe connect Italy by land to Slovenia?

2) the fleet Ukraine fleet Consantinopole remind me the Constantinople - Sevastopol conflict in real diplomacy.
But there are 2 problems for both of them:
a) Ukraine had not alternative to do with Ukraine but moving to the black sea, while in diplomacy it can move to Rumania and create diplomacy between Turkey and Russia, here most chances are there will be war between those.
b) If there will be a bounce in the black Sea, Smyrna is stuck, and Turkey has huge disadvatage, why dont let Turkey have a fleet in Smyrna so he could fight the Italian as well?

3) Turkey, again, has disadvantage because Ukraine can easily get Romania, the Pink can easily get Serbia and Turkey has only 50% to get Sparta or Macedonia.

I hope it helps!

Thanks for the feedback Dean!

New Map

-Turkey can now have 2 fleets to have more power in the Med, countering the Italians.
-Italy and Austria connect, forcing more Diplomacy.
-Turkey has a better chance at getting more SC

I would suggest trying to fiddle with that unit...during play some people may forget it's ukraine.

Hmmm...I'm not sure how to make it more obvious. i agree it's a little hidden, but still...

You could change the borders of Mold and be able to move the star and name down a little making the fleet more noticiable.
