Someone needs to direct BoldBlade to this thread.

How does one do that?
When playing at war, always remember the origins of war:
1) I raid your cave to steal food and kidnap your women.
2) You raid my cave to steal food and kidnap my women.
3) Someone's kid gets hurt.
4) It all goes downhill from there

CodCon is over, with Jim O'Kelley winning the Chicago tournament. DixieCon, in Chapel Hill NC, is up next! I'll be attending that one, and I highly recommend it. Dixie's scoring system is especially friendly to online players dipping their toe in, as they use a draw-based method (with an SC count component). It's also just one of the friendliest and most welcoming tournaments for newcomers in general, with a truly fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend that anyone in the area thinking of going take the leap, it is well the worth the (very cheap) cost of admission.

You can go here for a roundup of CodCon: viewtopic.php?f=105&t=57655

Updated for DixieCon, and the addition of a Portland tournament in September. Congratulations to Dave Miller for winning Dixie!

Boston Massacre in June is up next. It’s run by Randy, a very cool guy, and I highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance to!
